What does gross weight means?

Gross weight means the weight of the box after the packing.

While dispatching of goods if the parcel was damaged is there any replacement of goods?

The Parcel will be properly packed under your supervision to your satisfaction. We are not responsible for the damage of the goods.

What does clearance delay mean in International Shipments?

Most international shipments are required to go through a customs clearance procedure. When this happens, a clearance delay may occur which slows down the clearance process and delivery of the goods. We are not responsible for such delays as it is beyond our control.

Can we send Home Made Foods?

Yes, any homemade foods like pickles, Sweets, Snacks can be sent.

What does our quoted rate of 500 Rs Plus Tax include?

Our rate of 500Rs per Kg includes the labor cost of packing but not materials used for packing, which would be charged at nominal rates.

How much would it cost me to send a package to USA?

The rates vary according to weight and promotional rates available at the current time. The rates page has the most current details. The quoted rates does not include Service Tax which the government is presently charging at 14%.

What will the charges be for NRI packing?

All Food materials should be compulsorily packed with NRI packing (Vaccum sealed packing) to avoid damage to the package and other packages. For pickles, the charges are Rs.30/- and for all other Food Materials it will be charged Rs. 20/-

Any weight restrictions for the packages?

No weight restriction, however if above 150 kgs, Please contact for better discounted rates. These heavier packages will go in as one consignment but with multiple boxes for easier handling.

Is the office open on sunday's?

No, Office will be closed on Sundays .

How is the weight calculated?

Weight for payment is the higher of the physical and volumetric weight. The Volumetric weight calculation varies between domestic and internation and that calculation is provided under "Volume" tab on the website. For example, if the actual weight is 10 kgs and the volumetric weight is 12 kgs, then the charges are based on 12 kgs. Also the weights are always rounded to the nearest 0.5 kg. If the weight is 10.2 kgs, then payment is taken for 10.5 kgs.

Can I ship my order to someone else?

Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. After you enter your billing address during checkout, you'll have the option to enter a new shipping address.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For an estimate of shipping times, please reference the times below: Ground Shipping: 5-7 business days Two-day Shipping: 2-3 business days Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days In-Store Pick-Up: 5-7 business days Delivery time includes processing and delivery. Overnight and 2-Day delivery will ship the same business day on orders placed before 3pm (EST). Overnight and Two-Day delivery is not eligible for P.O. boxes. Signature may be required for delivery on some orders. 

How do I know when my order ships?

When your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s).

How do I track my order?

When an order is shipped, we'll update your account to show the tracking number(s), and send you an email with the same information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can follow the path of your order from our warehouse to your destination.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo, PayPal, and Pay By Cash.

Can I use a debit card?

Yes, debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted.

Can I cancel my online order?

We immediately start to process your order as soon as it's placed. There isn't a delay that allows us time to cancel or change orders once they're submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you need to make changes, please wait to receive your order and make any returns at that time.

How do I sign in?

How do I update my account and address?

You can update your information by signing in to your account, and click the 'My Account' tab located at the top of the screen.

How do I update my payment information?

Sign in to your account, and click the 'My Account' tab located at the top of your screen. Once you're in the 'My Account' section, you will be able to update your payment information.

How do I change my password?

Sign in to your account and click the 'My Account' tab located at the top of the screen. Once you're in the 'My Account' section, you will be able to make any changes to your account.
